All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

An order is considered confirmed once written acceptance and/or deposit payment is received.

Pricing may vary depending on material availability, complexity of the project, and any changes requested after order confirmation.

4. Payments

A deposit may be required before production begins.

Full payment is due upon completion or prior to delivery/collection of goods.

We accept payment via approved methods communicated during order confirmation.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Turnaround Times

While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, completion times may vary depending on workload, material supply, and project complexity.

We are not liable for delays outside of our control (e.g., supplier issues, shipping delays).

6. Materials & Workmanship

We take care in processing all materials supplied to us; however, we are not responsible for defects or inconsistencies in materials provided by the customer.

If OnlyCNC supplies materials, they are subject to availability and supplier quality standards.

Finished products must be inspected by you upon collection or delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds or returns are generally not available unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty due to our error, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyCNC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or products.

Our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the cost of the service, as required by law.

All designs, files, and content created by OnlyCNC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
